How the process works

Begin the process with purchasing the mattress through the Second Slumber website. Afterwards, our team will arrange a pickup time for you and the person who has the mattress in possession WITHIN one to two days of your purchase. You will receive a call and an email with your scheduled pickup time, if this time does not work for you then we will arrange another time.

Once you pickup the mattress, the process is over. If the mattress is not in the condition that was advertised, then please contact us. Every mattress is checked by the Second Slumber team through photos and description.
