If You Purchased a Warranty...
You may begin the return process anytime before the end of your 50-night trial. However, we strongly recommend you sleep on the mattress for the full period to allow the mattress time to conform to the shape of your body. To begin the return process, simply log into your Second Slumber account, access your purchase history and click on the mattress you would like to return. Next, you will be asked to upload photos of your mattress to ensure that it is still in good condition. If you have any questions about the condition of your mattress, please contact us here. You will also be asked to fill out a short survey about your mattress and your experience with Second Slumber. Once you have submitted your return form and a Second Slumber employee has verified that your mattress is suitable for resale, a Customer Care Representative will be in touch with you to finalize your return.
