Very easy to navigate, and friendly communications with Second Sluber staff. I bought a mattress on a whim, and so far im quite happy with my purchase. I also like having the additional option to have a 30-day trial of the mattress. I received a $2,300.00 mattress for $400 ! plus the $100 trial period. Well worth it in my opinion! Mattress was clean and well taken care of, and i would reccomend the Second Slumber experience.
The process of buying the bed was very easy. We are very happy with the quality and most of the price was amazing. The bed was just as advertised. Would definitely buy form them again.
I think Second Slumber is a fantastic idea! Recycling an unused mattress and saving customers money? Win-win for the environment and the consumer. I'll be looking into this when we need to replace our old mattress.
We were amazingly surprised at the discount and quality of the king Haven mattress and topper we purchased last summer.
The purchase and pick up arrangements were smooth and easy - everyone involved were friendly and accommodating.
We have recommended Second Slumber to a number of our friends and family. Some seem wary of purchasing second hand, but we have tried to be encouraging by example.

To be honest, I was sceptical at first. The deal seemed too good to be true. It was an $1800 mattress for less than a third of retail price. So I did a little research and contacted second slumber. I received the reassurance I needed and made the purchase. The pick up process was a little unorthodox but it worked, and I got an amazing mattress at a fraction of retail. I’ve had the mattress for 3 months at the time of this review and so far I’m very satisfied.
You’ll be impressed by the quality of their products and their customer service.

recently came across Second Slumber and was immediately intrigued by the brand’s focus on sleep and comfort. While I haven’t made a purchase yet, I’m impressed by the emphasis on providing high-quality products designed to improve rest and relaxation.
From what I’ve seen, Second Slumber seems committed to enhancing the sleep experience, which is something I value greatly. Their product range looks thoughtfully curated, and I appreciate the care that appears to go into crafting each item. I'm definitely considering trying their products in the future!
The mattress was a premium brand. I paid almost half of its actual value.
Follow up was good and the people returning it confirmed it was basically new. I’ve sent 2 friends to slumbr. Both love the mattress and paid way less than online stores
