How the process works

Begin the process of reserving the mattress through the Second Slumber website. Afterward, our team will arrange a pickup with the original owner in your area. You will receive a call and an email with your scheduled pickup time.

Once you pickup the mattress, give it a quick inspection to ensure its exactly as advertised in "Like new condition". If the mattress is not in the condition that was advertised, then please leave it behind and contact us ASAP. Every mattress is checked by the Second Slumber team through photos and descriptions.
Weekend pick-ups will be followed up on the following Monday. After pick-up, we will process your credit card purchase.

How about Delivery? We do not provide delivery services at this time but can connect you to a local provider. Since its both a pick-up and drop-off. Budget $150-$200 depending on travel time and local market conditions. 

What to expect
