How the process works:

Begin the process with reserving the mattress through the Second Slumber website. Afterwards, our team will arrange for the pick up in your area. You will receive a call and an email with your scheduled pickup time.

The mattress will be plastic-wrapped ready for transportation!

Once you pick up the mattress, pleasegive it a quick inspection to ensure it's exactly as advertised in "Like New Condition". If the rare event the mattress is not in the condition as advertised, then please leave it behind and contact us ASAP. Every mattress is checked by the Second Slumber team through photos and descriptions before being listed. 

How about Delivery? We do not provide delivery services at this time but can connect you to local provider. Since its both a pick-up and drop-off, we estimate budgeting $150-$250 depending on travel time and local market conditions. 

What to expect
