How the process works

Begin the process with purchasing the mattress through the Second Slumber website. Afterwards, our team will arrange a pickup time for you and the original owner. You will receive a call and an email with your scheduled pickup time. 

Upon arrival, please do a quick inspection to ensure the mattress is like new as advertised!  Every mattress is checked by the Second Slumber team through photos and descriptions, but in the rare event that it is not in perfect condition, simply leave it behind and contact our team.
