How the process works:

Begin the process of reserving the mattress through the Second Slumber website. Afterward, our team will arrange a pickup with the original owner in your area. You will receive a call and an email with your scheduled pickup time.

Once you pick up the mattress, give it a quick inspection to ensure it's exactly as advertised in "Like new condition". If the mattress is not in the condition that was advertised, then please leave it behind and contact us ASAP. Every mattress is checked by the Second Slumber team through photos and descriptions.
Weekend pick-ups will be followed up on the following Monday. After pick-up, we will process your credit card purchase.

How about Delivery? 

We do not provide delivery services at this time but can connect you to a local provider. Since it's both a pick-up and drop-off. Budget $150-$200 depending on travel time and local market conditions. 

What to expect:

• A clean and luxurious mattress for the most affordable price you will find.
• A quality and restful sleep.
• An optional 30-night sleep trial where at any point during the first 30 days of your purchase, you can resubmit your mattress back into the Second Slumber system.
