I was able to order this and have it shipped still in the box. I wish it was cooler to sleep on. But overall for the low price. I'd purchase from them again.

The pick-up process was super simple, and the team was responsive if I ever needed any assistance. They were also flexible when I needed to change the pick-up date on short notice. I can't believe a bed like this would otherwise go to a landfill - it's in perfect condition! I'm so happy they are being environmentally conscious. Thanks again to the team - what a neat concept!

I was skeptical about buying on Marketplace. The lady working the 1-800-number was super helpful and even arranged an after work pick up on the same day. I suggest you bring a tarp or plastic mattress bag as mine had a rip in the plastic. Mattress was pristine.
